Mi solución fue añadir un archivo de proceso por lotes en el OpenVPN directorio config que se ejecuta cuando la conexión OpenVPN es formado. Si el archivo OVPN se llama empresa.ovpn, el archivo que se ejecuta en conectar debe ser nombrado company_up.bate.
